After spending over 3 days at Duke we made it home. Our own bed. Not being woken up several times at night by nurses. Home cooking. It is truly good to be home. Anne had her last physical therapy to practice using stairs and then we were ready to get checked out. They loaded her up with pain medicine for the trip back to Wilmington. Anne will update more later with her favorite pictures, but I just wanted to let everyone know that we are grateful for the Doctors and some of the staff, and especially for all your prayers. We feel that they were answered in so many ways. We came home to two happy kids, the nanny brigade did awesome.
