These would be the Master Chef's...a.k.a. Grandma Ginny and Aunt Mary...now a little background...Mary has this list that looks a bit like a wedding planning list...it starts telling her what to do like a month in advance all the way up to moments before we eat...we LOVE it!
Aunt Patty and I just tried our hardest to do whatever Mary told us to do...like step one, open the pumpkin upside down because it's cleaner? Yea...that's what she said...and THEN she proceeds to tell us to follow the directions on the can...keep in mind we just opened it upside down:) We did manage to do what she said and not spill the pumpkin all over the floor!
My dad...the master carver...his job each and every year and I must say he really does an amazing job and leaves not one morsel of turkey on the bone!
Uncle Carl...hmmm...what is he doing...oh...doing what Aunt Mary told him to do...hold this pot! Good job Carl!
